ANS Consultants drilling team has 20+ years of experience and our fleet features two track-mounted drill rigs, which we utilize for small to medium sized investigations within the Tri-State area.  

ANS Consultants drilling team advances boreholes using direct push methods with the geoprobe drill rig for environmental sampling and mud rotary drilling or hollow stem auger methods using Acker XLS drill rig for geotechnical borings.

Soil borings are advanced as per ASTM D1586/D1586M-18 – Standard Test Method for Standard Penetration Test (SPT) and Split Barrel Sampling of Soils. Rock coring is performed as per ASTM D2113-14 – Standard Practice for Rock Core Drilling and Sampling of Rock for Site Exploration, which includes wireline rock coring as well.
