As Vice President of ANS Consultants, Lata oversees the human resources, accounting, and business operations aspect of the business. She assists in maintaining, developing, and implementing the firms HR initiatives and systems, as well as in reviewing training and development programs.

Lata has successfully managed the human resources and business operations of engineering firms before, with the on-going growth and sustainability for over 25 years of ANS Consultant’s partner company, ANS Geo.

Lata is a proud mother of two sons, two daughter-in-laws, and two (twin) grandchildren. She enjoys being active in her community and family, and spends much of her time giving back as a Pre-K teacher.
